Edits on employee and contractor account

I am unable to edit errors on employee/contractors accounts. I select the persons name, make the changes, and when hit save nothing is occurring. Is there a different way to correct errors once already in the system?

Can you tell me more about the information you want to update on your employee and contractor profiles? This will help me identify the issue and provide an accurate solution.

 

First, try logging out of the system and logging back in. If that doesn't work, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. It stores temporary internet files from your browsing history. As it collects too many files, it can cause performance issues in your account. 

 

To do it, sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

 

If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after.
