Since you already installed the latest payroll update, you'll have to make sure that you selected the E-pay in your setup. This way, we can verify why you're unable to e-file the form.

However, if it's already selected, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They have tools that can check up on your account securely and help you file the 941 forms.

 Here's how: 

1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk. 
4. Choose a way to connect.
