We've already notify our engineers about this, maryzimmerman.

They're currently working to identify the root cause and fix it as soon as possible. You might want to add your details to the lists of affected users. To do this, you can reach out to our support team through the steps below

  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. Select Contact us
  3. Enter your concern and hit Let's talk
  4. Choose Get a callback

Also, you might want to let your employees clear their browser's cache before accessing workforce. We received reports from other users who were able to load the screen by doing this.

Keep on posting your questions here if you need anything.

The engineers still haven't fixed it and it's January 2024. When I click "Contact Support" it takes me to a page where I select what program I need help with and when I submit it, it tells me  to sign-in (I'm already signed-in), and then when I re-login, I again receive the error "We can't find any businesses linked to this account". Therefore I am not only unable to access my paystubs, but QB has made it seemingly impossible for me to get the support needed to address my primary issue. Wtf

How could there be no business linked to my account when I was sent a link to set-up my account *through* the very business that should be attached; AND I receive emails notifying me every time that employer submits a paycheck. Those emails are delivered to the email account I used to set-up my Intuit account with the link they sent me. Additionally, no link or attachment to access my paystubs has ever been included in my emails, I just checked and confirmed for about the 15th time.

I have been trying to set-up my student loan payments for three months and cannot do that until I have my payment history. Three months into trying this over and over and over again, I still have not been able to get my paystubs. My previous employer also used Quickbooks and after 7 months of trying to get my paystubs from them, I finally gave up. This time, I do not have the luxury to give up on QuickBooks lack of support or solutions.

My current employer has tried, but I'm tired of asking her because she pays for this service and shouldn't have to spend hours on the phone for the same basic solutions and no results. Every month that passes I am unable to pay my student loans and I'm so frustrated that a company designed for payroll can't even supply employees their paystubs. It should be one of the most basic features, but here we are four years after the first post — and others expressing frustrations about this from the employer side — and the issue has not been fixed. I'm sure there were other priorities for your developers, but after four years you'd think this feature, needed to provide a simple service to millions of people, would have eventually gotten up there on the priority list.

Whyyyyyyyyyyy, QB, why is it so hard
