Employee has old Workforce from Prior Employer
I am using QB Desktop. I have one employee who has a Workforce account from a prior employer and used a different email address than what I have. When I click on "Invite Employees" she is listed as already Signed Up and it shows her old email address. She was able to log into her Workforce account and changed the email address, but I was still showing the old information and she cannot see the recent paystubs that were generated.
She just deleted her workforce account, and the situation remains the same.
What can she or I do to resolve this?
