Employee hours not earned
Our team works 4 days/week for 9 hour shifts. We are considering opening on a few half-day Fridays/month. In order to staff those days, some staff will give up a 9 hour Tuesday to work 6.5 hours on Friday. We would like to compensate them for the full day for agreeing to work on a Friday. How would you assign the extra 2.5 hours in payroll?
