Employee Personal Information Not Displaying In Edit Mode

I have an employee who has asked me to update their address in Quickbooks, but whenever I navigate to the employee profile -> Personal Information -> Edit, their information does not appear for me to make adjustments.

 

The only information that appears is Names, Email, Phone Numbers. 

 

When I tried this with other employees I discovered that this particular individual employee is the only one who is having this issue.

 

Please help.

Since this is an unusual behavior and the issue only occurs to one employee, let's ensure you can view the employee's address in their profile. Let's start by performing some troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is within your browser. You can open your QuickBooks account through an incognito or private browser. Please refer to the shortcut keys below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once you log in, please check if you can see the address in the employee's profile. If the Address section is minimized, you can click the dropdown button to maximize the section and view the details. Refer to the image below for more information:

 

 

If this works, you can clear your browser's cache to eliminate unnecessary caches that affect the program's performance. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative option.
