Employee using app can i have less information that is accessed

I want to give access to the app to my employees but there isn’t a limited amount app for them to use I don’t want the seeing balances to our checking account or profit and loss reports is there such a app for this?

You can give limited access to your employee so they can't see bank balances or the profit and loss reports using the app. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account via a web browser.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Manage users.
  3. Select Add user.
  4. Choose Standard user, then click Next.
  5. On the Select access rights page, choose Limited. Then, select either CustomersVendors, or both.
  6. Click Next, then select the user settings.
  7. Enter the employee's name and email address.
  8. Click Save once done.
