Employees didn't get their payroll direct deposits today. Any updates

We know how important it is to be able to pay your employees on time. We are aware of the issue and working to get the direct deposit issue as quickly as possible. Just an update, any direct deposit payroll submitted after 5 PM PST, Wednesday, Nov. 10th, is being processed Friday, Nov 12th, the next business day. Employees of same-day direct deposit customers should be paid by close of business Friday, Nov. 12th. Employees of next-day direct deposit customers should be paid by close of business Monday, Nov. 15th.

You can also follow these steps to monitor the status of the investigation and subscribe to receive email updates:

1. Go to this link: http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/?subscription_confirmed=true.
2. Click Subscribe to updates.
3. Enter your email address and click Subscribe via email.
