Enhanced Desktop Payroll printing and mailing W-2's

I run about 40 entities with Desktop enhanced payroll.

 

For 2020, I recall that somehow I was able to have Intuit print and mail the W-2's without me manually printing the W-2's to the employees.

 

Does anyone know of an app or 3rd party that can take the finished product W-2 and mail out the physical forms?

QuickBooks will file your w2 vary to your payroll subscription. Please refer below:

 

  • QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted:
    • For Filing- We file your W-2 forms for you with the IRS on or shortly after January 1.
    • W-2 delivery to your employees through:
      • Self-Print: Purchase W-2 paper, print your W-2s, and send it to your employees.
      • Intuit Print Service: We mail W-2s to your employees’ home addresses for you. Additional fees apply.
  • QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced, QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Standard:
    • For Filing- You can file your W-2s electronically or manually on or after January 1.
    • W-2 delivery to your employees- You’ll print and send the W-2s to your employees. 
    • You may need to file your state W-2s separately. (QBDT Payroll Enhanced)
