Entering time in Time Track for payroll with QuickBooks Online Advanced

Our employees went to enter their time for payroll and they now do not have access to it.  They get an error message "you do not have access rights to edit this information."  

 

I just upgraded from QB Online Payroll to Advanced. I spent an hour on the phone with QB c

ustomer service and they assure me that they have access to payroll.  Is payroll done differently on QB Online Advanced?

I'm here to help share information about time tracking, seb64. 

 

Your access right is only for a Time-tracking-only user. This is the reason why you received an error and unable to edit the information.

 

The Time tracking only user is you can enter your own time. And you will only have access to timesheets and time reports.
