Thanks for visiting the Community, @PIERRE2. Let's troubleshoot this error so you can pay your employees successfully.

There are several reasons behind the direct deposit error code 2107:

  • Some records of QuickBooks have been removed accidentally.
  • Some changes are made with the product which leads the windows registry has become corrupted
  • QuickBooks program isn't installed in appropriate way
  • Virus infected the QuickBooks supportive documents & windows records too.
  • The corrupted version of the file of the product has been downloaded.

To resolve this issue, let's ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop is updated to the latest release. Then, check your DD details to prevent errors.

Once done, ensure also that you have the updated Windows or operating system. Here's how to check for updates:

  1. Click the Windows start menu, and then choose the Gear icon at the left.
  2. Select Update & Security.
  3. Click Check for updates.

Lastly, you may also need to change your DD payroll bank account anytime to handle them effectively.
