inv #65094 We are not able to run payroll for my 2 employees for 3 months. More than 15 experts, even team can not solve the issue for 3 months. We can not contact with supervisor or team directly. It looks like the company does not want take care of this issue or responsibility.

That is not what we want you to experience. I can share some information about this issue.

 

As of now, we haven't received any updates yet. Rest assured that our engineers are currently investigating and working on an immediate fix.

 

We don't have a specific time frame as to when is the complete fix but since you've already contacted our QuickBooks Support, you'll expect to receive an email notification and the latest updates of the current investigation.

It's not professional. At the moment we have issues with paying taxes, our employees are charged a fee of the servicing bank for making an indirect deposit. How we can relate to these things so easily, I do not know. There should be solutions, but the company doesn't seem to care about these issues.
