Error: "We couldn't find a QuickBooks Time account"

We sent out manager invites this morning to their QuickBooks Time account. Three managers have asked why they are getting the error: "We couldn't find a QuickBooks Time account". I chatted with Christian this morning and he was able to manually allow two managers access. It appears the invite link is not working. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi GWNWUPDF,

 

The link may be expired. Have you tried sending another one? If it's the same thing, please have them contact our QBO Time Support to check this further using more tools.
