Error when I try to find my direct deposit bank information in self employed free account

When I try to view my payment settings for direct deposit as a self-employed account on here, it says "we were unable to process your info." and "the application has encountered an unknown error"

Runtime and unexpected behaviors error are commonly caused by the outdated or corrupted site data. To better isolate the issue, we can perform some basic troubleshooting procedures. Let's start by opening your QuickBooks Self-Employed through a private or incognito window using these shortcut keys:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If that works, go back to your main browser and then clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. Switching to other supported web browsers can be a good alternative, too.

Thanks.  That did not work and I spoke with support who confirmed that this is an internal issue @ QB that is affecting other users as well.
