Error when trying to Submit Payroll

I cannot send my payroll to Quickbooks for processing, is this a global issue/error happening today?

To update your payroll to the latest release:

 

  1. Click on Employees, then select Get Payroll Updates.
  2. Select the Download Entire Update checkbox.
  3. Tap on Download Latest Update. An informational window appears when the download is complete.

 

After updating, try sending your payroll again. If the issue persists, you can delete and recreate the paycheck, and then resend it. If the problem continues, consider repairing your QuickBooks, and remember to back up your company files before doing so.
