Question

"Estimated tax" is broken; projections only show $0. This section worked fine 3 months ago; now it's getting towards the end of the year and remains broken. Fix this.

Thanks for checking in with us. ajruegemarketpla.

We are aware and have confirmed that other users have reported issues with the estimated taxes showing 0. We've already submitted a ticket about this and our engineers are working around the clock to find a quick solution.

I'd recommend contacting QuickBooks Self-Employed Support. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and your account will be linked to the ongoing investigation. Any advancements will be communicated via email.

Here's how to reach us:

  1. Click Assistant at the upper right corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human."
  3. Then select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback. Keep in mind, some options are only available at certain times.

We can look through the resources listed below to learn more about estimated taxes. These links provide additional information on where the other accounts will appear on various software reports, as well as how the system calculates them:

I tried doing the above.

then found another issue with your company.

each time I’d try to talk with an agent in chat, I’d connect with someone and then they would immediately disconnect.

why do I pay you money?
