EXCEPTION DESCRIPTION ON PAYROLL

Let's get the exception description error message fix by doing some basic troubleshooting steps. This way, you can get back where you left off.

To start, access your account through incognito. These browsers won't save any cache history. You may use the shortcut keys below: 

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

If that works, you'll want to clear the cache of your regular browser to remove previously stored browsing data. Using another supported browser is a good choice too.
