Export a prior payroll period to iif

Thanks for visiting the Community today, @tjohnson630. I've got you the steps to export your payroll data to an IIF file.

You can export employee information and payroll data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to an Excel file by creating a report.  

Here's how:

1. Open your QBO account.
2. Go to the Reports tab at the left pane.
3. Look for the payroll report you want to open.
4. From the report's page, tap on the drop-down arrow under Share.
5. Click on Export to Excel.

After that, you can now convert them to an IIF file from there. See this article to learn more about exporting and importing IIF files in QBDT.
