I can see the urgency of getting your exporting issue fixed, @Tulsa3516.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can export your most recent payroll from QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Based on your description, you may have a browser cache-related issue or damaged webpage data in your account. Your browser saves files to load websites faster on your next visit. But over time, it'll get outdated, which can cause performance issues in QBO.

To fix this, you can perform some troubleshooting steps. Start by pulling up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)

Once signed in, open your Paycheck list and export your payroll transactions. You can refer to this article for the complete guide: Export your payroll data into QuickBooks.

If you're able to do so, return to your default browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.

Also, there are a variety of payroll reports you can use to view information about your business finances and employees in QuickBooks. You may want to check out this article as your reference to guide you in running, customizing, and printing them in QBOP: Run payroll reports in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Let me know if you have other payroll and exporting concerns or questions about managing employee transactions in QBO. I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @Tulsa3516.
