Export Payroll Data

Let me share some tips on you can bring your transactions into the new company.

The option to export and import payroll transactions is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. You may need to manually reenter your payroll transactions to the new company file. Alternatively, you can browse our QuickBooks App Market to find a third-party application that can export and import payroll transactions.

Another option, prepare your historical payroll data as JE and utilize an importer tool

You can use the 3rd party data exporter tool "Dancing Numbers". It will help you to delete the data without any data corruption.
