Federal Taxes payment option not showing up after running payroll. It usually shows up but not visible.

Welcome to the Community, iker. Let me guide you through troubleshooting steps to display the federal tax payment option in your QuickBooks Online Payroll.

There are instances when data issues with your browser can cause QuickBooks to behave unpredictably. To determine if this is the problem, try logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. This mode prevents the browser from storing cache or cookies that might be causing the issue, thus offering a cleaner environment to access your account.

To do this, you can use the shortcut key on your keyboard:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

Alternatively, I recommend clearing your cache to update any website preferences that might affect the program's functionality. Additionally, it's crucial to ensure you're using the latest version of your browser, as outdated versions can cause significant compatibility problems and security vulnerabilities.

Moreover, you can create a payroll summary report in QuickBooks to give you the total payroll wages, taxes, deductions, and contributions.
