First time using new online payroll platform. Im setup to export to Mac quickbooks, but first time running payroll and paying 941 did not export to my Mac quickbooks.

QBO Payroll and QuickBooks for Mac are two different platforms. The QBO Payroll platform is both payroll and accounting software combined. Before you import, I encourage you to back up your company file for future use. Then, know the IIF import limitations to smoothly execute the process. Whenever you're ready to import your IIF payroll data, here's how:

3. Select Import.
4. Choose From IIF Files, then export your IIF file.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure.
