Question

First time using the new online payroll. I am trying to pay my quarterly taxes. I can see them, but when I click on file, the new screen/link is blank.

Have you tried using a private window? We need to check if this is caused by an underlying browser problem.

 

Your computer saves web data that helps you browse easily and load web pages faster. But over time these temporary internet files can be corrupted and outdated. This can lead to minor browsing issues just like the one you experienced.

 

You can use a private browser that will not save any data in the cache making it a great place to check for browser problems.

 

These are the keyboard shortcuts to launch a private window on different browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If this works in any of the private browser, you can go back to your regular browsing then clear the browser cache. This will remove those outdated internet data and start with a clean slate.
