First time using the new payroll online platform and cannot get payroll or 941 payment to export to Mac quickbooks

Exporting your payroll data and 941 payments to QuickBooks for Mac is a breeze. I'd be pleased to guide you on how to do this.

You'll need to choose the QuickBooks Desktop for Mac IIF so your payroll data will be exported successfully. This can be done from the Payroll Settings on your payroll account.

To do that:

1. Go to Payroll Settings.
2. Select Export. 
3. Choose QuickBooks Desktop for Mac(IIF) as your accounting software. 
4. Select Continue to proceed.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions.

From there, your payroll data including 941 payments will be now exported in QBDT for Mac. You can also scan through these resources for more details about exporting payroll transactions in QBDT:
