First week using Quickbooks Payroll has Been a Complete Fiasco

Is anyone successfully using Quickbooks payroll. Is it possible?  Have you ever successfully gotten support when calling Quickbooks?  I'm a couple hours away from abandoning Intuit altogether.  Just thinking maybe it's possible someone likes using the service?  Any tips on how to actually get support?

I hear you, @kevinpeckham.

 

But before we can accomplish your goal for today, may I ask for a few verifications about using online payroll in QuickBooks? Are you having trouble logging in to your payroll account? Or is it something to do with a feature you're having problems using?

It's not worth it.  I've already made the decision to move on from Quickbooks after being a customer for 20 years.  I can't spend anymore time on the phone trying to get help, trying to get support, and getting variously lied to, hung up on, passed off as quickly as possible to another dead-end.  Done.
