Found where I can update employer payroll taxes by person but QB is terribly slow this morning and keeps kicking me out of system. Need solution please......

When QuickBooks has unexpected behavior, it is recommended to use a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that cause the system to act unusual behavior. 

Here's how to open it:

• Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
• Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once done, try to open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account again and try to update employer payroll taxes. Check to see if it works. If yes, then your main browser causes this kind of issue. To ensure this doesn't happen again, it's a good idea to clear the cache of the browser you're using.

However, if the issue persists, I recommend using another supported and up-to-date browser.
