Fraudulent Payroll enrollment

Has anyone noticed Quickbooks setting up a duplicate account and enrolling you in payroll services?

We use Quickbooks online, but do not use Quickbooks for payroll.

Last month, we discovered that we have been billed for two years for an account that is not our account and enrolled in payroll services.  I have had the most difficult time with QB customer service to get $1910 dollars refunded.

Wondering if I should report this to the attorney generals office in case this is happening to other companies.  Feels like the Wells Fargo bank account scam a few years back
