getting errors when entering w4 info for an employee

I am getting an error when entering w4 information for an employee. it states the city and zip don't match and I have comfirmed it is the correct zip that matches city. Anyone ever experienced this before?

There are times that your browser is full of a frequently accessed page that cause some unusual responses. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito) to isolate the issue. Use the following shortcuts below:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once signed in, you can try entering your employees' information to check if you're still getting the error. If so, return to your default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. The cache may have been overwhelmed with older data which have potentially caused viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, you can try switching to other supported browsers.
