Green Dot card for direct deposit in QBO

I have employees who have a Green Dot debit card and I have tried to use their cards for direct deposit and they always fail.  Is the Turbo pay card the only card accepted for direct deposit through QBO?

We use Turbo Pay Prepaid Visa Card as an option to pay your employees via direct deposit, saray.  

 

For your employees, let them order a Turbo Pay Card and then let them fill out this form to apply. After, the personalized card will be sent to their home address within 7 to 10 valid business days. Once received, they can activate the card for use. 

 

As an employer, ask the employee for their account and routing number. Then, update the employee information in QuickBooks. You can now pay your employees through direct deposit to their new card.

Yes, Turbo Pay Prepaid Visa Card is the only supported card to pay your employees by direct deposit in QuickBooks Online Payroll.
