Question

Has anyone else had the issue where you have had to update account information and quickbooks never does anything about it? I am at wits end and about to switch!

It is super unprofessional being that it has been over 2 months.

Hello, jose-setthebarma. 

 

We know how important it is to ensure that your account information is updated in QuickBooks. 

 

I've checked with my resources and haven't found any similar issue with this. Since this has been happening for two months, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure environment and check what triggers from updating your account information. They can also create a case to begin an investigation and get the issue fixed in no time. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Choose either Start a Call or Chat.
