Has anyone had luck adding a contractor's direct deposit info lately? It has been stating that the function is being worked on right now.

I've checked our records and there's no reported case where customers are unbale to add direct deposit information for contractors. To resolve this, we can access your account using an incognito/private browser. It could be your browser's cache and cookies are corrupted causing unexpected behaviors while saving a transaction. • Mozilla Firefox / Internet Explorer: Press CTRL + Shift + P
• Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
• Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history.
