Question

Has anyone has issues with eservices enrollment? One of my clients has been waiting since September, and quickbooks rep said the only resolution is to just wait!

Hi @arkvalleyinfo,

Thanks for posting in the Community. I'd be happy to assist you with enrolling in e-services.

It can sometimes require a bit of time for enrollment, however, September certainly is a while ago and I'd like to check on a few things. So that I'm able to provide you with the best resources, could you please clarify if your client is trying to enroll in e-services for state, federal or both? If your client is waiting on a state, it would be helpful to know which one.

I'll be on the lookout for your response. Have a pleasant day.

Good morning, mw211.

Thanks for joining us here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to use the e-services in your QuickBooks Online account.

Since the enrollment still shows as pending I recommend reaching out to a member of the QuickBooks Online Support Team. Agents have specialized tools that will allow them to take a closer look at your account to see what's holding up the enrollment status. Here's how to get in touch with the team:

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you, or begin a live chat session with an agent.

The following linked article provides these steps if you ever need them again in the future: QuickBooks Online Support

Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions. I'll be here to help in any way that I can.
