Question

Has anything worked for you to get your mileage tracking other than the standard troubleshooting items I've read? It randomly stopped working 2 weeks ago.

Location is on, it is allowed to run in the background, it has unrestricted date usage, etc. I've restarted my phone and deleted and reinstalled the app. My phone says it is ready to track trips, but it isn't.

  3. Enter your question in the search field and click on Contact Us.
  4. Choose a way to connect with the live expert:

  • Get a Callback from the live agent

 

Additionally, you can review, edit, or export trips to easily categorize and organize expenses and track mileage accurately for tax deductions.
