Having issues with Quickbooks Time. I have employee's who are not getting invites, employees who do not work for us on our list and 3 entries for one person.

You'll want to double-check the addresses and ensure they match your employees' current email address. You can also recommend letting your employees check their Spam or Junk folder to see if your invitation is there.If the issue persists, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can assign a representative to access your account in a secure environment and conduct further investigation to determine the root cause of the problem.
