Hello there. Let me route you to the appropriate support group that can handle this issue.

We have successfully rolled out a new process for filing and paying your GA unemployment tax to the state agency. In collaboration with the agency, we have confirmed that our customers possess the correct Georgia Unemployment Insurance account numbers in their payroll accounts. All customers' GA account numbers must align with the state's records to enable accurate e-filing and payment processing with the agency. Kindly confirm your account number on file with the agency.

I also suggest contacting our Payroll support team for further information and investigation on this matter. They have the necessary tools to help you get back on course.

In addition, you may want to read this article that guides managing, printing, and personalizing payroll reports in QuickBooks: Run payroll reports.

If you need further assistance or have any questions about filing or other payroll-related activities, kindly leave a reply below. I'm available around the clock to help you.
