Hello! I have been trying to resolve what I think is likely a pretty simple issue for over an hour, and I've had two separate representatives disappear mid-chat.
Essentially, I have a client who paid his invoice in full. Then, we needed to reschedule one of the paid sessions. I deleted it from his invoice, which should result in a $125 credit.
