It sounds frustrating when your mileage tracking is not working as expected. Let me help you resolve this.

 

First, please ensure that your Auto-Tracking is on and check your device's location settings to allow the app to run in the background for accurate tracking.

 

If everything looks good, consider updating your mobile app and avoid connecting to a Wi-Fi hotspot while driving, as it can disrupt trip recording.

Moreover, you can pull up the mileage report by clicking on the Download Trip button from the Trips page. Doing this will open a report in Excel file that shows all the trips that you've entered.
