It is too late to not add them. I had hit match or add before I realized it was duplicating. I am new to Quickbooks online.

Hi there, @rjkrchapd.

You can undo the process from the Banking page to avoid getting duplicate payroll taxes. I'm here to guide you on how.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click on Banking or Transactions at the left pane.
  3. Go to the Categorized section, then select the transactions you want to remove.
  4. Hit Undo.
  5. Click Continue to confirm the process.

The transactions will now go back to the For Review section. To delete them from there, mark the box beside the Date column, then hit Exclude.

For additional resources while handling your banking transactions, you can open this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Aside from that, you can also remove the transactions recorded from the +New icon. Use this link as your guide: Void or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online.

When everything is in place, I recommend reconciling your account to keep your books intact and balance.

Please let me know how else I can help you with your banking transactions. I've got your back and am always happy to help. Thanks for coming, wishing you and your business all the best.
