I prepared a paper paycheck (not DD) on my payroll and it just says "paycheck on my register".  Will Quickbooks send this check like a bank billpay does or do I have to physically print and send it myself?  Please if someone could help, it is a check that needs to go now in 2021.  Thank you so much*

Hi, @CC2022. Thank you for reaching the Community. I’ll be glad to assist you in sorting this issue.

With regards to this matter, you’ll be the one to provide paychecks to your employee. You can print this paycheck since this is a regular paycheck.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
  2. In the My Payroll section, select Paycheck List.
  3. Select the paychecks you'd like to print, then select Print.

However, these steps are for customers who already have preprinted checks with their bank info on them. You can check this link to buy preprinted checks from QuickBooks Checks Supplies.

I'll share with you this article if you want to know more about printing paychecks in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

let me know if you have any questions about paper paychecks in QBO. I'll be right here to help. Wishing you the best.
