HELP! My payroll account is inaccessible!

The transition from Intuit to Quickbooks online core has locked up my account! Quickbooks chat employees can see my account, but can't even access it themselves.  After two weeks of frustration, hours spent on chats, there's still no resolution. I can't run payroll or see my reports.  Are we the only company with this problem?  No one from Quickbooks has reached out to us regarding this.  All we've been told is that it's being worked on and to wait for an email.

This isn’t the kind of experience I want you to have when transitioning to QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) Core, @whbpayroll. That's why I'm here to share some details and guide you on the actions you need to take care of this matter.

 

We received reports that customers/companies are unable to access or log in to their accounts after transitioning from Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) to QBOP. Rest assured that this issue is taken care of with utmost urgency. This way, you can get back to business and run your payroll in no time.

 

In line with this, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care team again. Then, provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-50953. They can verify that your account is added to the list of affected users. This ensures you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix. Then, configure your login set up to help you access your account.
