Help! Where did my payroll go? I switched over to the new QBO Core product that was offered as a choice from the expiring product. The ad is the only thing there.

QBO sent me a verification email with a link that opens up my current QBO account, but there is NO payroll information there at all. No history, not even the current payroll that I did today. There is a link to buy their payroll product and if I look under my account in settings, it does not show that I have payroll. Did I just lose all of my records?

Hey there, @yorkerensllc.

 

Once you switch from payroll subscription from one product to another, QuickBooks takes time to sync all of this information including your latest payroll that you've run for today. 

 

You can wait for a few hours to refresh your payroll data and check it again. 

 

If you're still unable to see your files including your payroll subscription in the Account and settings window, I'd recommend reaching out to our phone support. This way, our payroll agent can check our server and verify if the migration was successful. 

 

Here's how to connect with them:
 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner and click Talk to a human.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Select Get help from a human.
  5. Choose between Chat with usSchedule an appointment, or Have us call you.
