Supposedly you'll have an option already to pay the estimated taxes from the 2nd quarter since the due date was June 15, 2021.

However, to check if the issue is browser-related, let's try some basic troubleshooting procedures. The stored cache can cause unusual browser behavior.

Let's start by logging in to your QuickBooks Self-employed company on a private page. Here’s how to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Internet Explorer or Firefox.
• Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Chrome.
• Hold down Command + Shift + N for Safari.

If you're able to pay quarterly taxes without any issues, then you'll have to clear your regular cache browser.

In case you still don't have the option to pay, then you can just pay directly through EFTPS or contact QBSE Customer Support for further assistance.
