I’ll help you resolve this so you can keep track of your trips in QuickBooks, @fancylashesandbe.

Before anything else, what type of operating system or app are you using?

In most cases, browser-related issues are the most common reasons why QuickBooks Online (QBO) stops tracking business miles. I have here some troubleshooting steps to fix this.

First, open your QBO account in a private or incognito window to verify. You can use these shortcuts keys for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, check your mileage. If it’s working, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Another way around is to use other supported browsers.

You can visit this reference to learn more about tracking and categorizing trips accurately in QuickBooks: Automatically track mileage in QuickBooks Online.

I’ll be here to help if you need further assistance with the mileage. Just leave me a message. Always take care!
