Hi- looking to pull a W2 for an employee

I'll gladly show you how to pull the W-2 form in QuickBooks Online:

1. Go to Taxes, then select Payroll Tax.
2. Select Filings and then choose Archive on any of the following:
   • W-2, Copies A & D (employer)
   • Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements (W-3)
   • W-2, Copies B, C & 2 (employee)
3. You may see a question asking if you or your employees contributed to a retirement plan outside of QuickBooks Online. Select yes or no.
4. Follow steps 1 - 3 to return to your W-2 form.
5. Choose the appropriate filing period (year) from the drop-down menu.
6. Select the View button to open Adobe Reader.
7. Click the print icon on the Reader toolbar. Then, select Print again.

You can also invite your employees to use QuickBooks Workforce. This helps them view and print their W-2 copies for the current year and the previous two years.
