Hidden account numbers

Hello there. I'll gladly discuss some details as to why QuickBooks doesn't show the account and SSNs.

Here at QBO, know that we value your confidential data and ensure that they're safe and secured from any potential unauthorized use or being a target of phishing. It's the main reason the program covers your confidential details. May it be banking, or personal information related involving work.

However, I have a workaround if you need your employee's data that much. You can run the Employee Details report to see the SSNs of your workers but know that this report doesn't show their bank account numbers. I'll input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Reports tab.
3. In the search bar, the Employee Details and then click the report.
4. In the Employee section, click the dropdown arrow and then choose Active Employees.
5. Once done, click Run Report.

If you want a copy of it, you can click the Share button at the top-right corner of the report and then click Export to Excel.
