Holiday in Total Pass and Quickbooks

Does anyone know why "Holidays"  do not transfer from TotalPass to Quickbooks?  I have to manually enter all holidays into Quickbooks after importing from the TotalPass clock.

Welcome to the Community. I hope you day is going well so far. Allow me to point you in the right direction to get this resolved. 

 

The best route would be to contact Total Pass support. This is an issue on their side that they'll be able to take care of.
