How am i able to see my paystubs

Thank you for joining our QuickBooks Community. I see that you want to view your pay stubs. I'd be happy to help and share the guidelines to view your paystubs both in the QuickBooks Workforce App and web browser.

In QuickBooks, you can view and download your pay stubs. Here are the steps you can follow to view or download your paystubs:

QuickBooks Workforce App:

1.  Select Money. 
2. To view or download your current pay stub, from Latest Paycheck, pick View details. Then tap Download.
3. To view other pay stubs, from All Paychecks, click View. 
4. Tap the pay stub you want to view.

QuickBooks Workforce web browser:

1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com. 
2. Click Paychecks.
3. Choose the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
4. Do one of the following:

• Pick Download on the pay stub you want to download.
• Select a pay stub to open and view, then download or print it if you need.
• To download all of your pay stubs at once: click Download All (this option isn't available for everyone).
