How can an employee change their direct deposit?

Happy to have you here in the Community, @chris-mperialweb. Let me help you with changing direct deposit account to an existing customer.

 

We can update payroll information as well as apply changes to an employee’s bank account.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Payroll menu, then select Employees.
  2. Select the name of the employee, then select Edit ✎ beside How do you want to pay [employee]?
  3. Enter the new bank account information.
  4. Select Done.
