how can an employee gain access to his payroll taxes

Thanks for your post today. You'll need to invite your employee's so they can access their payroll taxes and paystubs. First off, ensure to update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release and the latest payroll tax table.

 

Log in to your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account as Administrator. Then, send invites to your employees. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Employees from the top menu, then select Manage Payroll Cloud Services
  2. Under QuickBooks Workforce, toggle the status to ON
  3. Choose Invite Employees.
  4. Select the employees you need to give access to, then add their email addresses. 
  5. Click Send Invite

 

Once done, have your employees accept the invitation link to view their paystub. Once the link is accepted, they can now have access to their Workforce. You can also give out this article for their reference: Set up your QuickBooks Workforce account.
