How can an employee login and view his/her W2 form?

Hello, @tamme-shinshuri. I'd be happy to share with you the steps on how your employee can view their W2 form.

Your employees can view their W-2s online by logging in to their QuickBooks Workforce account. To do so, you have first to invite them so they can setup their account.

Once done, here are the steps they can perform to view their W2:

1. Log in to the QuickBooks Workforce account.
2. Next, go to W-2 menu.
3. Then, select the W-2 copy that needs to view or download (and then print).

You can also run payroll reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to review your payroll data, employee information, and company finances.
